Expedition Cruise Specialists has been named the winner of the 2025 NTIA Escape People’s Choice Award, announced at a gala ceremony in Brisbane on Saturday, 18 October.
The award was revealed before an audience of more than 1,200 industry guests at The Star, as part of the National Travel Industry Awards (NTIAs).
The People’s Choice Award is determined by traveller nominations and feedback, recognising businesses that have delivered outstanding customer experiences. Expedition Cruise Specialists said the award reflects the support of clients who have acknowledged the company’s service and expertise.
The company also acknowledged the Australian Travel Industry Association (ATIA) for its role in promoting the value of booking with accredited tourism businesses.
The 2025 NTIA Awards celebrated achievements across the Australian travel industry, with winners and finalists recognised in multiple categories.
The annual National Travel Industry Awards proudly recognises and celebrates excellence in the Australian travel industry, through a rigorous process which includes nominating, voting and judging candidates, culminating in the announcement of the winners at a Gala Awards Dinner.
