Uncover the Wild Beauty of Africa with Silversea

Experience the exotic eastern coast of Africa over 14 days aboard Silversea’s ultra-luxurious Silver Cloud, as she sails through a breathtaking kaleidoscope of cultures, wildlife and landscapes.

Departing Cape Town on 6 December 2015, Silver Cloud docks in the South African towns of Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban and Richards Bay, where guests can experience the regions’ vibrant nightlife, beautiful beaches and traditional spice markets. Sailing to Mozambique, one of Africa’s longest and most beautiful coastlines, Silver Cloud ports in Maputo, before spending the next two days at sea where guests can indulge in Silversea’s signatureonboard comforts.

Silver Cloud then docks at the island of Madagascar, visiting the remote port towns of Mahajanga and Nosy Be. Here, the seaside promenades, deserted white-sand beaches and local perfume essence, vanilla and sugar cane trades create the island’s exotic charm. Silver Cloud spends a day in Mayotte before docking in Zanzibar, Tanzania, renowned for its maze of narrow streets, oriental architecture and fascinating mythical legends. This voyage concludes in Mombasa, Kenya, with guests disembarking on 20 December 2015.

Guests can discover the spirit of Africa, by booking an optional Silver Shore Land Adventure. From the zebra of the Serengeti, to the Cape Winelands, or the breathtaking Victoria Falls, the wilds of Africa are made for adventure.

Prices are per person starting from AU$6,750 in a Vista Suite double occupancy. Silversea fares include: all-suite accommodation with butler service; gourmet meals with menus inspired by Relais & Châteaux; complimentary wines, Champagne and spirits served throughout the ships; and all gratuities.

Book this voyage by 30 June 2015 and select a two-category suite upgrade, 50% savings on a second suite or US$1,000 onboard credit per suite to use for shore excursions – or if you prefer - spa treatments, specialty restaurants and more.
