Paul Gauguin Cruises celebrates 25th anniversary milestone

This year, Paul Gauguin Cruises celebrates 25 years of award-winning sailings in the balmy waters of French Polynesia and the South Pacific starting with an exclusive anniversary offer to discover the Society Islands, Tuamotus, Marquesas and beyond.

Since its launch 25 years ago, Le Paul Gauguin, purposefully designed to navigate the French Polynesian waters, has established itself as the region's ultimate choice in luxury sailing with elegant interiors, chic yet relaxed ambiance, elevated cuisine and genuine Polynesian hospitable service.

Having joined the PONANT family in 2019, and now celebrating a quarter of a century of sailing in fabled lagoons and delivering the most authentic Polynesian experiences with Les Gauguins and Les Gauguines, onboard local Tahitian hosts, and an extensive list of expertly hosted local excursions, Paul Gauguin Cruises is unveiling the first act of a series of special festivities.

To mark this milestone, the company is launching a new special offer extending AUD1,500 flight credit per person for travellers booking a range of 13 departures booked before 12 May 2023 for travel between October 2023 to June 2024. The journeys which span between 7 and 14 nights explore the turquoise waters of the South Pacific Ocean, stopping at legendary destinations including Bora Bora, Moorea, Rangiroa, Tahiti, and up to the Cook Islands. The new offer is combinable with the PONANT Bonus and the PONANT Yacht Club benefits.

Asia Pacific General Manager Sales and Marketing Deb Corbett commented on this milestone as yet another acknowledgement of Paul Gauguin Cruises and parent company PONANT's expertise in luxury sailing in the region.

"Over the last 25 years, Le Paul Gauguin has become a symbol of the Polynesian hospitality and an icon of the South Pacific Ocean. Today she continues to seduce travellers from around the world who are more than ever seeking local experiences, something Paul Gauguin Cruises has now delivered for a quarter of a century. We could not be more thrilled to celebrate this achievement with all our guests this year and already look forward to the next 25 years of highly curated sailings in the region," Corbett said.
