The 45-metre vessel will carry up to 24 guests on seven- and 14-night cruises through the central atolls.
Maldivian operator 7 Degrees North plans to launch Leira, a 45-metre yacht, in 2027. The vessel will accommodate up to 24 guests in 14 suites and is designed for both leisure travellers and divers. Prebooking enquiries are open, but the operator says reservations and departure dates remain subject to confirmation.
The yacht will operate seven- and 14-night itineraries centred on South Malé, Vaavu and Ari atolls. Seven-night voyages use a domestic flight transfer between Malé and Maamigili. Routes may change according to weather, sea conditions, currents and operational requirements.
Onboard facilities are planned to include a salon, indoor and outdoor dining, a bar, spa, outdoor lounges and a jacuzzi. Activities will include scuba diving, snorkelling, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing and visits to local islands and sandbanks. The operator says sightings of manta rays and whale sharks cannot be guaranteed.
7 Degrees North is a newly established Maldivian company whose team has experience operating Yasawa Princess. Its current sailing calendar lists departures from February 2027, with seasonal routes and dates subject to confirmation.
